Pay your National Bank credit card balance instantly with the Transfer between accounts feature: 

From your web browser:

1. Sign in to your online bank.
2. Click Transfer between my accounts in the main menu.
3. Select the bank account to be used for the payment.
4. Choose your credit card to pay.
5. Follow the instructions.

From the National Bank app:

1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
2. Click Transfers at the bottom of the screen, then Transfer between my accounts.
3. Select the bank account to be used for the payment.
4. Choose your credit card to pay.

Important: Your Transfer payment must be made by 9:00 p.m. on your payment due date, or by 9:00 p.m. on the previous business day, if the due date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Want to pay with a credit card that is not listed in your online profile, such as a card from another financial institution? Make a bill payment to pay the balance on your card. Allow 2 business days for the payment to process:

From your web browser:

1. Sign in to your online bank.
2. Click Pay a bill in the main menu.
3. Select your credit card to pay or click on Add a bill to add your card to your bills to pay.
4. Follow the prompts.

From the National Bank app:

1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
2. Click Bills at the bottom of the screen.
3. From the Suppliers tab, click Pay to the right of the bill you want to pay.
4. Or click Add at the top right to add your card to your bills to pay.
