Limit the risk of fraud or theft with these tips

Your password, card number and answers to security questions are your electronic signature and confirm your consent to a transaction; never reveal them to anyone.
Memorize your password; do not write it down anywhere.
When inputting your password, use your hand or body to block the view. Don't be afraid of looking over-cautious.
Never use personal information as a password (name, address, telephone number, social insurance number or date of birth); it's too easy to guess.
If you use our Internet Banking Solutions, remember that it is essential to protect your computer by installing and automatically updating appropriate software. Be sure to install anti-virus and anti-spyware software as well as a firewall to carry out transactions on the Internet with peace of mind. Follow the security best practices recommended for your operating system.

Do not use the same password for more than one card or service.
Never lend anyone your card.
When carrying out a transaction, keep an eye on your card at all times and be sure to retrieve it once you have completed the transaction.
Change your password regularly. If you think that someone saw you enter it during a transaction, change it immediately.
Make sure you take your card and your transaction record after you use our services.
After making a withdrawal with your card, put the money away immediately.
Only complete a transaction if you feel comfortable doing so.
If someone is standing too close to you, ask him or her to step away in order to ensure that your transaction remains private.
