How do I make a foreign exchange transaction?

To execute an open or closed contract, you must be subscribed to the Foreign exchange operations platform.

Here are the steps to follow to complete your transaction:

Sign in to Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses.
Click Foreign exchange from the left menu.
Select the type of transaction (spot, closed futures or open futures).
For a closed contract, you must enter the value date.
For an open contract, you must enter the option date and the value date.
Select the currency you wish to buy.
Select the currency you wish to sell.
Enter the amount of the transaction in the currency of your choice.
You can enter additional information in the Comments section.

Foreign exchange transactions can be made Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ET).
