Which rights should I assign to a user to download reports

For a user to perform file transfers and download reports in Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses, you must assign them the right combination of rights and permissions.

The following list demonstrates the necessary rights and permissions depending on the actions or tasks you want a user to perform.

Upload an automated cheque reconciliation file
  • Automated cheque reconciliation – Upload (View and Create)
  • Manage legal entities (View)
Download an automated cheque reconciliation report
  • Automated cheque reconciliation – reports (View)
  • Manage legal entities (View) 
Upload a payment file – File option
  • Payments – File option – Upload (View, Create and Approve/Self-approve)
Important
If you want to create an approver job role for a user, you must add these permissions without selecting the Create right.
