National Bank's new head office is one of the biggest construction projects of the past 25 years and will be among Montreal's tallest skyscrapers. The building will be located on the doorstep of Montreal's business district and will be connected to the underground city (RÉSO).
The construction of the building is inspired by LEED v4 Gold and WELL standards. The new site will include 400 bicycle parking spaces and 80 charging stations for electric cars.
Our bright and modern workspaces will offer a stimulating and relaxed environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
The Bank's employees will benefit from a daycare, a cafeteria and a gym. A 40,000 sq. ft. park will be open to the public.
"The new head office is an investment in the future of the city and the country."
