How do I edit or cancel an upcoming money transfer?

Here’s how to edit or cancel an upcoming transfor to another person:

From your web browser:

  1. Sign in to your online bank.
  2. Click Overview in the menu on the left.
  3. Select the Send tab and select Pending.
  4. To modify a transfer, click on the crayon icon. To cancel a transfer, click on the garbage can icon.
  5. Follow the instructions.

From your National Bank app:

  1. Sign in to the National Bank app.
  2. Click Transfers at the bottom of the screen, then Transfer history.
  3. Open the Upcoming section and select the desired transfer.
  4. Click either Edit or Cancel.
