How can I receive a reimbursement of bank fees charged to my account following technical issues on October 3, 2024?

Following a technical issue on October 3, 2024, we have implemented a process to refund banking fees directly resulting from technical issues.

For National Bank clients, these fees have either been automatically refunded or will be during the week of October 7, 2024. An email has been or will be sent to all people concerned to inform them that the fees will be refunded. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We invite clients of other financial institutions to submit a refund request via our secure form.
