Here’s how to make an additional payment online:

From your web browser:

• Sign in to your online bank
• Click Overview
• Select your loan
• Click Accelerated repayment
• Select Additional payment and follow the instructions, or select Pay all.
  Note that if you wish to pay your loan in full, do not enter any amount. Click directly on Continue. A summary page will appear. Then click Confirm.

 

To pay your loan in full, you can also visit a branch or call us at 1-888-835-6281. A statement of your loan with a zero-dollar balance will be mailed to you within 30 days of receiving full payment.

Important:

An additional payment will not impact the amount of your regular payments.

An additional payment is first used to repay the interest. The remaining amount is applied to the capital.

 

Good to know:

You can make additional payments or pay off your personal loan before the end of its term without having to pay a penalty. This reduces your interest and repays your loan sooner than expected.
