To modify your investor profile from your online bank: 

1. Sign in to your online bank. 
2. In the My investments section, click on the investment account to be updated
3. Under Investor profile, click Display. 
4. Click Update. 
5. Update your personal, professional and financial information, and answer the investor profile questions, then click Continue. 
6. Review the summary information and make any changes, if necessary. Then, click Confirm. 

 

To edit your investor profile from your National Bank app: 

1. Sign in to your mobile app. 
2. In the Investments section, click on the investment account to be updated.
3. Under Investor profile, click Display. 
4. Click Update now. 
5. Update your personal, professional and financial information, and answer the investor profile questions, then click Continue. 
6. Review the summary information and make any changes, if necessary. Then, click Confirm.
