When it comes to sending you an email containing confidential information, National Bank uses the Microsoft sensitivity label feature.

To open a secure email:

• Open the email and click on Read the message.
  
• Click Sign in with a one-time verification code.  
  
• You’ll receive your one-time verification code in another email.
  
• Enter the one-time verification code and click Continue. 
  

Good to know:

• You can also sign in directly with your Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo account to access the email without using the one-time verification code. 
  
• If you use another email service, you'll need to sign in with the code.
