From your browser:
- Sign in to your online
bank.
- Click Products and services in the left
menu.
- Expand the Credit cards section.
- Scroll
down to Lock or cancel my card, then click Start.
- Select the card you want to lock or cancel, then click
Continue.
- Follow the steps.

It is also important that you call us immediately to report the theft
at 1-888-835-6281. Certain restrictions
may apply to the account to protect it.

Neither National Bank, a public health authority, nor
the government will ask for your personal information by email, text
message, or with hyperlinks and attachments in emails.
