How do I unlock my credit file?
If your credit report is locked, you'll need to contact one of the credit offices to help unlock it.
To reach Equifax:
- Visit their website, or
- Call them at 1-877-493-8785
To reach TransUnion:
- Visit their website, or
- Call them at 1-800-663-9980, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (ET)
