By registering to the Bank’s online recruitment service, you acknowledge that your personal information submitted will be reviewed by human resources advisors or managers at the Bank. We will consult this database whenever we are seeking qualified candidates for specific positions.

You also state and agree to the following conditions:

  • The information submitted is complete and accurate. Providing false information or concealing information that is deemed important by the Bank can result in the rejection or cancellation of your application.
  • Where applicable, you agree to provide upon request any original document to prove your identity and you hereby declare your eligibility to work in Canada and at the Bank.
  • The personal information in your profile as well as information gathered in the course of the recruitment and interview process may be communicated to parties involved in the evaluation of your candidacy. Subject to applicable legislation, no other communication of your information shall be made without your prior consent.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your profile is updated so that it always reflects your current situation (contact information, experience, training, etc.).
  • The Bank retains your personal information in a secure manner to contact you to notify you of available positions, subject to your right of refusal, or to obtain additional information.  If your general profile remains inactive for a period of minimum two (2) years, your file will be withdrawn from our candidates database and your personal information deleted.
  • You may access your personal information at any time to modify, correct or update it on this site. 

The Bank may communication your personal information necessary to the management of your profile and recruitment to its duly approved service providers.
