To reset your password securely, you must first ensure that you have:

• Your user code

Then follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Go to nbc.ca/business.
2. Click Sign in at the top right corner of your screen, then click Business.
3. Click Forgotten password?
4. Enter your user code and click Continue.
5. On the Change your password screen, enter the verification code you received by text or email (keep this window open and open your email in a new tab on your browser).
6. Click Continue.
7. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Continue.

If you do not receive your verification code within 5 minutes, click Re-send a code to receive a new one. If you receive it by email, check your spam folder.
