Below you'll find more information on creating and managing a new user in a group service agreement.
Follow these steps to ensure that your user has the necessary permissions to view account summaries and statements, or perform online transactions.

The agreement also covers:
When signing in to Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses, you
will be asked, if you have access, to select between the service
agreement for the primary business or the business group (identified
by **). Please note that you can change your service agreement during
the session.
Refer to How
to choose a service agreement for a group of businesses to
select the agreement at sign-on, or change the service agreement
during a session.
First, you need to create a job role. If you have already done so, proceed to the next step. A job role is a set of at least one permission allowing your user to perform certain tasks when signing on to Internet Banking for Businesses. You need to assign a job role to each user to enable them to view bank statements or account summaries.
When creating a job role, it will first be pending approval in the Approval log tab. A notification and email will be sent to complete the approval process.

Now that you've created the user, you need to add them to the business group's service agreement, giving them access to the account groups and job roles available in the agreement.
For the user to appear in the list of users in the business group, you must first add them. Otherwise, they will not show up on the list.
Need help? Consult our How to add a user to the business group service agreement page.
Once your user has been created, you can assign a job role and, if required, an account group.

You can then grant further permissions to your user so that they can
carry out transactions.
Note that you must be an administrator or have the necessary user management rights to configure job roles.
Need help? Consult our How to manage other transaction permissions and user limits page.
Your user can now access and make transactions in their online
business account.
