Your online business account allows you to:

When you first sign in, you need to carry out certain actions and consult the information provided.
1. Sign in for the first time with your user code and the temporary password you received by email when you signed up. If you didn't receive your verification code, visit our What to do if I don't receive the verification code page.
2. The service agreement for a group of businesses allows you to see all the businesses attached. When signing in, select the service agreement starting with "**" for a group of businesses or you can select the main business.
3. Discover our updated account summary feature and navigate the main menu on the left side of the screen to view the features related to your profile.
4. Verify and edit your contact information, if necessary. The accuracy of this information is important because it allows you to set your communication preferences to receive notifications and alerts.
5. Set up an approval policy and learn how to assign or delete policies.
6. Once your policies are set up, you'll need to create an account group from the Manage access section in the left menu. Watch our demo on how to create and then assign account groups.
7. As an administrator, you can manage a user's access by assigning them job roles, permissions, and account groups. For more information, watch our video or check out our guide on how to grant access to a new user in a business group.
