To sign in to your online business account for the first time, you must first ensure that you have:

• Your user code and temporary password

Then follow these steps to sign in:

1. Go to nbc.ca/business.
2. Click Sign in at the top right corner of your screen, then click Business.
3. Enter your user code and temporary password, then click Sign in.
4. On the Change your password screen, enter the verification code you received by text or email (keep this window open and open your email in a new tab on your browser).
5. Click Continue.
6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Continue.
7. Enter your user code and new password, then click Sign in.
8. Select a method for receiving the verification code (email, text or automated call).
9. Enter the verification code you received using the chosen method.  
10. Click Continue.

Good to know

When you enter your verification code, check the box next to Remember this device to avoid receiving it every time you sign in.
