Find out how to choose a service agreement for a business group.

The service agreement for a business group (identified by **) allows you to view the accounts of all the entities in the group.

If you have access, sign in to Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses and select between the service agreement for the primary business or for the business group.

Note that it will be possible to change the service agreement during your session.

To select the service agreement:

1. Sign in to Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses with the user code and password associated with the main entity.
2. From the Select service agreement screen, click on the name of the business and select the main entity, or click on the entity beginning with "**" to access the business group.

To change your service agreement during a session:

1. Click on the arrow next to the user's name at the top right of your screen to change the service agreement.
2. Click on the name of the business to change the agreement.
3. In the Select service agreement screen, click on the name of the business and select the main entity, or click on the entity beginning with "**" to access the business group.

Good to know

• The service agreement is indicated under the user's name at the top right of the screen.
• To access a business group's service agreement, the user must be created and added to the service agreement.
• If you wish to access the service agreement specific to another entity, other than the main entity, you must sign in using the identifiers specific to that entity.
