To remove a user from a business group's service agreement in Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses, make sure you have:

• The Manage users in the service agreement permission and the associated rights to View and Edit
• The Manage self-approved permissions and View permissions
• The Manage permissions permission and the associated right to View
• If the user has an assigned job role, all job roles must be deleted

To remove a user from a service agreement:

1. Sign in to Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses with the user code and password associated with the primary business.
2. Select the service agreement for the business group.
3. In the left menu under Administration, click Manage access.
4. Select the Users and permissions tab.
5. From the search bar, select the user by first or last name, or by user code.
6. Click Remove user to the right of the username.
