To rename your business account with an alias, make sure you have:  

• The Account summary permission and the associated right to View  
  
• A group of accounts associated with the job role, otherwise the page will be empty 
  
• The Rename accounts permission and the associated right to Edit  
  

Then follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to Internet Banking Solutions for Businesses. 
   
2. From the home page, click the three dots next to the account you want to rename. 
   
3. Click Rename accounts. 
   
4. Rename the accounts. It cannot contain more than 50 characters. 
   
5. Click on the green checkmark.
   
6. Click Edit to confirm the change. 

Good to know 

• The name you chose will be visible to everyone who has access to this account.  
  
• If it’s an international account with a different currency, add the currency to the name to find it more easily.
