How do I request a balance transfer to my credit card?
Here's how to transfer a credit card balance from another financial institution to your National Bank credit card, from your web browser:
- Sign in to your online bank.
- Click Overview.
- Select your credit card and click on the Options tab.
- Click Transfer under Make a balance transfer.
- Follow the instructions.
This feature is not available on the National Bank app.
