A cash advance is a cash withdrawal from your credit card.
You can get a cash advance by using your credit card at an ABM.
Good to know:
- Interest is always charged on cash advances from the day of the transaction, even if you pay your card balance in full.
- The interest rate and amount charged on your cash advances is different from that charged on your regular purchases. Check your monthly statement to see the interest rate and amount for your cash advances.
- Cash advances do not earn reward points or discounts.

- Transferring money from your credit card to your bank account at an ABM
- Transferring a balance from another financial institution's credit card to your National Bank card
